Back up for sale.. I by no means need to sell this car, it just kills me to see the car sit when someone could swap it, I want to I just dont have the time or motivation at the moment to do so. I will update this tonight.

2000 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS coupe

197k +/- on body, I drive it about once every other week.
Unsure of exact mileage on motor, this motor came out of Stephen @ IAs old 01 2.5RS. (recently compression tested 5/25/13 . 180,180,175,175).
Runs strong, no smoke on startup or while driving.
DOES NOT leak/burn any oil or knock whatsoever. Runs great. Rock solid idle.
I get around 28 MPG average.
I always allowed adequate start up time in the morning before getting on it. Though the car rarely sees over 4k rpms except for the occasional why not pulls.
Clutch grabs great (unsure of mileage or kind)
Brakes are awesome, car stops fast. Full brake job done less than 1000 miles ago.
R1 drilled/slotted rotors in front, resurfaced rotors for rear.
Replaced old brake lines with stoptech stainless steel lines front/rear ( you can have stock old lines if you want em).
Flushed brake system with super blue fluid, replaced front rear pads with ceramic pads.
Transmission was services with an uncle scotty transmmision mix less than 5k ago (1qt Redline lightweight shockproof
1qt Pennzoil Synchromesh 2qt Castrol HypoyC 80w-90.
Shifts smooth, no grinds in any gear at all.
Rear diff fluid replaced less than 5k ago with royal purple fll syn I had laying around.
Radiator is filled with distilled water and redline "water wetter" always runs cool as it should. I flush the coolant twice a year.
Suspension is tight feeling. No squeeks or anything funny sounding. turns pretty sharp.
No rust. pretty sure this was an AZ car its whole life.
Has foglight covers installed now, but will throw in some foglights if you want them.
6/8/13 Replaced both front axles
6/8/13 both front wheel bearings replaced
6/8/13 both front lower ball joints replaced
6/8/13 both front steering rod ends/tie rods.
Less than 100 miles since this was done.
The MEH
Restored/Salvaged title, my guess is it was hit in the front driver side. If you look behind the headlight you can see the repair. Car drives STRAIGHT and DOES NOT pull/shake whatsoever. 80 MPH on the freeway its smooth and straight.
front bumper isn't painted
side skirts aren't painted
A/C works as it should, though takes a little while to get cold. Possibly low on freon, needs a charge most likely.
passenger side window will go down using passenger side window switch , but drivers side switch doesnt control it. never looked into it prob easy fix.
sunroof is a little slow, works fine though
a previous owner cut a chunk out of the passenger side fender well for a custom CAI setup im guessing. Ive been meaning to have a plate welded in but havent got around to it.
small bolster tear on driver side seat. Pretty normal, though tear is small and I think with needle and thread could be pulled back together. Im no mary poppins so I haven't attempted it.
Paint is typical for a 13 year old car. A few dings and dents here and there. Planned on plasti dipping it for now, again never got around 2 it.
trunk is wingless, has black christmas tree nuts plugging holes for now. Doesn't leak.
Tires are in ok shape.
Throws a P0420 (cat inefficiency cel due to being catless) if you reset the ECU it will stay away for about 200 miles then pop back up. It Passed emissions np.
Other than that cars is solid, I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a cross country trip right now as is.
