96 ej18 cranks but no start?

I didn't know where else to go for help so I figured I'd come here.

So here's the deal, my 96 impreza (ej18) will continue to crank without starting. I'm thinking it may be an electrical problem. The fuel pump wasn't priming until I changed the Body Ground wire, and now its fine. But now I'm not getting any spark. I've changed everything and I'm not sure what to do. Could the ECU be screwed??:unamused:

So here's whats been done, if theres anything I didn't check let me know

-Changed the Coil Pack
-Changed the Plug Wires
-Changed the Body and Engine Ground Wires
-Changed the Ignitor
-Changed the Knock Sensor
-Checked the Fuses and they're fine
-Checked the Timing Belt (good)
-Spark plugs were changed a few months ago

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
