First time newbie owner I need advice

Alright guys this is a week for multiple firsts, I bought one of my dream cars which just so happens to be, go figure...a 2000 subaru impreza 2.5 rs, and this is my first ever forum I've ever been a part of, now, I'm an apprentice tech at a vocational school so I'm not a total dunce when it comes to repairs and diagnosis but i am by no means a professional and I'm looking to get some quality advice from people that know what they're talking about, and I believe I've came to the right place. For starters this car needs work, and by that I mean it mostly needs suspension work which is an area I don't have too much knowledge in, and second of all it as what I've read is commonly referred to as an external coolant leak, I do have a little knowledge in this area but it's mainly in American vehicles, and the whole reason i got myself into this is because I've always had a soft spot for a good quality import, and decided to go against the grain, and I don't regret it one bit...now, on the repairs, I do believe it needs new wheel bearings, which I don't have the tools to replace which means take it to a shop, would it be better to have them replace the wheel bearing hub, or just the wheel bearing? Wheel bearing hubs are cheap and I think that's the route I'm gonna go but I need an opinion and wouldn't it be cheaper too since the won't have to use a press to replace the bearings I the hub? Also on the rear right tire of the car, the tire has I think it would be positive camber because the top of the tire is leaning inward, would this too be solved with replacing the wheel bearing hub? Or would I need to replace something else? I'm not afraid to through money at this car because I've absolutly fallen in love with it and my fiancé is started to get jealous XD now for the front, I know for a fact that it needs a front right cv/ axel half shaft since the boot is worn and it's flung all the grease out of it and in addition I get a shimmy vibration in the wheel at highway speeds so ball joints right? Also I can hear the rurururururu sound they make when they make when they start to go bad, now I just got this car and it has 159k miles, I want to take it to a subaru dealship to get that coolant conditioner people always talk about put in it for free, now, with the car having as many miles as it has on it and being x amount of days after that bulletin was posted and I still have that done for free? I'm a newbie but not an idiot so advice to any or all of these question will be greatly appreciated and I hope to get this car running like a top again!
