Unorthodox Racing lightweight pulley, looks to be decidedly underdriven as well. This was on my SVX, but is your standard EJ-series motor pulley, quite likely fitting other engines as well.
I media blasted this as the anodizing was beat to hell, hit it with etching primer, and high heat stainless steel color paint. It is topped off with high heat clear enamel.
