Louder Exhaust On A Budget

Hi Guys,

I have a 99 Subaru Impreza SportsWagon (Naturally Aspirated) and want to make it louder. I'm not interested in performance as it's just a daily driver and dont need it extremely fast. I have enquired and researched about this but havent gotten a good enough answer.

I have two decisions and are very welcome to more but this is it so far.
1. Buy a cannon exhaust and weld it on. I am more inclined to do this as I can do it for $100. Calibre Exhaust Cannon - Stainless Steel, Universal - Supercheap Auto Australia

Those are the only two options I know of right now and need help either deciding or finding somethiong else to do.

Keep in mind I don't care too much about performance just for sound.

Budget of around $250
