What the title states, we know the first wrx was a 1992 model year in japan with the 1993 also having the ver1 sti. But what was the build month of those first wrx's. The 25yr rule applies to model year and month so who's going to have the first 25yr legal gc8 over here in the states?

Like the title says, I need one. in OEM blue if possible so I wont have to rush to finish the rest of the cars body work. If not blue then its fine too.

I have a green label MAF that works good with a homemade adapter to use a cold air intake. I used the maf and the adapter when I had my injen cold air intake.

I have a 1999 RS coupe that has an automatic trans that needs to be rebuilt and I want to find a shop that is hardcore Subaru's and is very familiar with the automatics. I am sure that there are upgrades and the better parts than the average transmission shop would use and that is what I am trying to find. If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful. I am
in Virginia, actually the southwestern tip. Virginia is shaped like a boot and I am in the toe section LOL, North Carolina, Tennessee, KY are all within 45mins
from my house and I am willing to go some distance that's within reason. So,

So just a little background i just recently purchased a 1999 Subaru wrx sti
GC8 EJ207D and im the first owner in Canada. Now i live in Winnipeg and the car landed in Vancouver had no issues running had lots of power get up and go.

I had the car shipped to Winnipeg as thats where i live now and the moment i left the yard where my car was dropped off at around 2500-3000 rpm it would start to jump/chug up to speed like and it was junk. Literally the moment i pick up my baby and i barley could drive it home two hours away. I talked to a few friends as this is really my first car like this RHD turbo subi and i was torn. I was told there could be three big things ( Spark plugs , wires or coil pack)

I got the Plugs changed two days ago NGK iridiums BKR6EIX replaced those and no go still running like crap. I pulled the MAF cleaned it like crazy plugged her back in and she actually ran better but once again around 3500-4000 rpm it did the same thing. Now i dont know a whole lot about this car as its my first but for the life of me i cant seem to find Wires and coil packs for my car as everytime i search the vehicle it comes up at 2.2l or 2.5 and its not. Its a 2L turbo and i just want to be able to drive it.

If anyone can help a nood out with his new subi that would be much appreciated !

I'm selling my 2001 RS sedan with 131k on the odometer. Motor was replaced by previous owner but I do not have any paperwork for that. The car does run and drive. I drove it two hours home in January when I bought it. Needs tires, power steering replaced, new windshield and brakes. I do have rear pads and front rotors that will come with the car. Also have a v6 color matched grill for $100 extra. clear coat is coming off on rear pillar as shown in the picture. So I haven't even had my 99 sti 2.L turbo for a week yet and its already bogging down and super jerky accelerating. Very little to no boost and I'm going crazy. New NGK plugs have been put it and still nothing so now I'm looking for these things.

- MAF
- Ignition Coils
- Fuel Filter
-Air filter (turbo)
- Wires

If anyone has suggestion if I'm right out of it but this is kind of what I have narrowed it down too. Thanks all ill pay shipping as well for whatever

This is a slightly used Subaru SPT 2002-2003 lowering spring set. The part numbers are, SOA855Z1210 and SOA855Z1220. They should fit Impreza years 93-03. I had them on my 2001 Impreza RS. Very good condition, I only used them for 1k miles. I do not want to ship. I am willing to meet a reasonable distance from zip 18054. Asking $175 OBO. Thanks!

Hello I'm currently doing a ej205 swap in my 98 2.5rs from an 02 wrx donor car.

Note: both cars are automatic but I am doing a manual swap when engine is installed (if that matters for wiring)

I was using brydons guide and other forum help posts for this wiring issue but in still stuck on the fcp..

On my fcp I have the GR and P(urple)W wires extended from the ecu and ready to be spliced. But when I'm looking at my passenger side connectors they seem different then all of the other cars. I read that the flat black wire can be spliced into any ground but I'm not seeing where my BY, BO, and BW wires should go. ):

Any help is really appreciated. :) Here's the pics of my wires and plugs.
